Meets on the fourth Saturdays, 10 a.m.-noon, in Friendship Hall. This is an open discussion group to talk about issues we face as seniors (men and women age 60 and up) and where we go from here. We explore how we can use our spirituality to deal with difficult issues that come up at this stage of life and to live a happy, healthy life.

This is a very special time of life that not everyone gets. If you want to find ways to make the most of it, please give this group a try! As we share with each other our thoughts, ideas and wishes, we will grow and lift each other up to new heights that we didn’t know existed!

This group is facilitated by Unity of Broward member Susan Silverman, who holds certifications in Gerontology and social work  and has been in the senior field since 2003. A senior herself, Susan is looking forward to being a participant of this group as well as the facilitator.
